Maybe ball n' chain Beyonce didn't want him having so many late nights? Jay-Z has announced the sale of his 40/40 night club in Las Vegas. The deal, which unloaded the club's lease only, not its name, was "a great business decision" says Jay who is "delighted" by the sale.
