Default is a Canadian alternative rock band from Vancouver, British Columbia. They have released three albums to date and have a fourth album planned for a September 2009 release. Default were initially discovered by Chad Kroeger of Nickelback fame. Impressed by what he saw in the band, Kroeger aided them wherever possible by taking them on tours to co-writing songs, as well as aiding in album production.
