(His Infernal Majesty) HIM es una banda procedente de Finlandia, formada en 1991 y compuesta actualmente por Ville Valo, Emerson Burton, Gas Lipstick, Lily Lazer y Mige Amour. La banda comenzó su carrera, despues de 2 maquetas, con Greatest Lovesongs Vol.666, un album de metal melódico algo pesado y con una producción bastante sucia que dejaba ver que dirigirían su música a un público de gustos rockeros con toques de gótico.
